We named this the Saints Restord eChurch because, like the lepers of old, many Christian saints of today are alienated from their local churches. They are considered untouchable and a safety threat. However, the author of Hebrews wrote,
"Let us consider - give attentive, continuous care - to watching over one another,
studying how we may stir up and incite to love, helpful deeds, and noble activities" (Heb 10:24).
God does not disenfranchise the:
-
Substance abuser
-
AIDs victim
-
Prescription junkie
-
Sex offender
-
Murder
-
Embezzler
-
Prostitute
-
Pornography junkie
-
Gambler
I am not suggesting that the church fling open its doors and allow bad people run amuck. The church's pastor, board of directors, and spiritually mature members must protect the innocent. More importantly, the onerous of earning the trust and the respect of the church is on the perpetrator. For two years after my release from prison, I sat in the congregation of my church before God and my pastor determined that my faith was sound and I was trustworthy of a ministry to adults.
How do perpetrators earn the church's trust and respect?
-
Before you begin regular attendance, clear it with your parole or probation officer
-
Next, talk to the pastor of the church
-
Be honest with the pastor about your past, your current situation, your restrictions, and your aspirations
-
Be obedient to the pastor's biblical restrictions - no matter how unfair they may seem
-
Do more than necessary to keep yourself free from any suspicion
Please consider the Saints Restored eChurch your spiritual home until you find a fellowship of believers that will accept you and your past. We:
-
Rightly divide the Word of God
-
Preach the Gospel to bring sinners to Jesus for salvation.
-
Teach the whole counsel of God to bring the hurting saints to Christ for sanctification.
-
Offer words of warning and encouragement - "and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching" (Heb 10:25)

God's Message
|
 |
 |
|
Over the years many saints have asked me,
-
Why is this Christian life so miserable?
-
Why can’t I make this work?
-
Why do others succeed, but I continue to fail?
-
Why does God bless others but refuse to bless me?
It is not God's will for the saints of Christ to endure a miserable, defeated life. His kind intent is for us to enjoy a life overflowing with His grace and spiritual peace.
Unfortunately, many believers never mature in their faith because they never discover the root causes of habitual sin. We all think and act in specific ways for specific reasons. So, to be free from the dungeons of destructive thoughts and behaviors, we need to understand the reasons we think and act the way we do.
Our heavenly Father earnestly longs for an intimate relationship with those that know Christ as their personal Savior. Yet, we do not look to Him because we may know God's word, but we do not actually believe that His blessings and promises belong to us. Therefore, we cannot put God's word to practical use. The first three chapters of Ephesians do not tell us how to trust our Father. They do, however, tell us the truth we need to believe so that we can trust Him.

God's Image
|
 |
 |
|
Created in God's image, every human being has an innate need for three things:
-
Unconditional love and a sense of belonging.
-
Unconditional acceptance and approval, and a sense of dignity and worth.
-
Unconditional assurance that we are adequate and competent to succeed emotionally and prosper spiritually.
Satan works hard to mar the image of God that lies within us. He works through the human sin nature, generational and ancestral curses, and intentional sins to create God-shaped voids in our hearts. These God-shaped voids produce emotional wounds that poison our spiritual well-being, create demonic strongholds of fear, anger, and self-pity, and mold us into the people we are today.
God has endowed the saints with every Holy Spirit-given blessing necessary for life and godliness. In order to help the saints walk in freedom, we provide Christ-centered, biblical settings for one-on-one discipleship, marriage discipleship, and small group discipleship.
These programs are designed to set free the saints of God through:
Emotional Healing: As we learn to believe in the loving goodness of our Father, He will expose and cleanse the hidden wounds of our hearts. He then destroys the strongholds of fear, anger, and self-pity.
Spiritual Health: The more we develop a biblical understanding of our Father, the more we will believe what He says about about us, and the more we will enjoy a habitual lifestyle of faith, hope, and love.
Relational Harmony: As we habitually practice righteousness, we will enjoy intimate fellowship with our Father and intimate relationship with the people we love.
